Earlier this year, a number of our budding mathematicians took part in the UK Maths Trust Junior Mathematical Challenge.
During the 60 minute challenge, learners were presented with questions tackling mathematical reasoning, precision of thought, and fluency.
All of our learners did exceptionally well, and we are particularly proud of our learners who achieved Bronze and Gold certificates for their efforts. These learners were among the top scoring 50% of national participants.
One of our learners scored over 100 points, and qualified for the ‘Junior Kangaroo’ challenge, finishing in the top 20% of participants, earning a Silver certificate.
